En este Blog te voy a contar mi experiencia con tarjetas crypto, cashback de hasta 5% (Crypto.com recortó sus recompensas en 2024; antes llegaba al 10%), la moneda oficial de crypto.com CRO coin, la app, comisiones, atención al cliente etc.. Mi opinión de Crypto.com será realista y sincera, basada en mi experiencia de uso.
Actualización 2026
- Crypto.com recortó sus recompensas: hoy el máximo realista es ~5% (no el 10% del inicio) y los niveles altos exigen un stake de CRO muy elevado.
- La tarjeta de Binance se discontinuó en Europa (diciembre de 2023): ya no está disponible en España.
- En España gana la Bit2Me Card (Mastercard, hasta ~7-8% en su token B2M). Sin afiliación, pero por transparencia es la alternativa local más fuerte.

Crypto.com ofrece servicios de Exchange de Cryptomonedas, trading, staking y la opción de usar tu saldo de cryptomonedas como método de pago con su tarjeta Visa.
Uno de los motivos por los que crypto app se ha hecho tan conocido es por sus tarjetas de débito: crypto.com cuenta con 5 tarjetas con las que puedes conseguir hasta un 5% de cashback por cada compra (rebajado desde el 10% original tras los recortes de 2024).
El requisito para cada tarjeta es hacer stacking de el token CRO durante 6 meses, stacking significa estancar la moneda sin venderla ni transferirla. Por ejemplo para la tarjeta rubi necesitas hacer stacking de 350€ por valor de CRO (si el valor de cro es de 0.25 tendrías 1400 monedas), si en un futuro la crypto cro sube a 0.25 en vez de tener 350€ tendrás 700€. En la imagen puedes ver los requisitos para cada tarjeta.
En la imagen podemos ver el cashback de la tarjeta crypto pero ¿qué es el Cashback? Cashback significa devololución, si gastas 100€ con la tarjeta rubi recibirás un 2% de devolución lo cual sería 2€ de cashback. Si gastas mucho con la tarjeta como es mi caso, esta inversión puede ser muy rentable.
Además de esta recompensa de cashback las tarjetas de crypto cuentan con otras ventajas, en la siguiente imagen las podrás ver.
Resumiendo, además del cashback te devolverán el 100% de los pagos a spotify, netflix y amazon prime, todo dependiendo del plan de tu tarjeta. También habrá cashbacks adicionales para empresas como airbnb o expedia, acceso a sala de espera vip en aeropuertos, y mayores cantidades para retiradas en cajeros sin comisiones.
Para los que se pregunten como te pagan estas devoluciones, básicamente cuando haces la compra automáticamente añaden ese % a tu saldo de CRO, podrás ver los registros en tu wallet de CRO. Funciona a la perfección, añadir saldo es totalmente gratis via depósito bancario y tarjeta.
Luego ese saldo del cashback lo puedes retirar o intercambiar por otra moneda, personalmente lo dejo todo en CRO ya que tengo bastante confianza en la empresa.

Después de haber analizado más de 5 tarjetas crypto me decanté por crypto.com, no solo por que es la única que no cobra comisiones al pagar sino porque también cuenta con las mejores recompensas y no tiene límte de cashback.

Crypto.com Exchange
Crypto.com also acts as an exchange, you can exchange +200 cryptocurrencies from the app with really low fees, every little while they add more cryptocurrencies.
Crypto.com App
Crypto.com is designed to be used mainly from the app, they have a web option but itself the company has focused on the mobile application, from there you can exchange currencies, make transfers, see offers, cards etc.. in a comfortable and very intuitive way.
They have customer service via chat which is then transferred to email, they usually answer quickly. You can also contact them on telegram, they have a group for each country. It would be nice if they added phone support :)
Fees when selling cryptos from the app:A negative aspect of crypto.com is that they charge a 3% fee when selling a coin whether in fiat or a token. That is why I recommend you to trade on their exchange or on other platforms like binance where the fee will be much lower.Another option is to buy on Crypto.com and then instead of selling you send it to an external wallet, even if it sounds ridiculous the fee will be lower haha.
Is Crypto.com safe?
Crypto.com has ads with Matt Damon, now has put its name to the Lakers stadium, paying 700 million $, has agreements with teams like (Paris Saint-Germain), plus they have more than 500 million users.
Personally I think crypto.com is one of the cryptocurrency companies with higher security and projection, I invite you to be part of the project and CRO, these last 2 weeks it has grown 120%.
Crypto.com Conclusion
After using crypto.com for several months I will give my opinion, both of the crypto cards, as well as the app, the exchange or the CRO token.
Account verification took me a few days as at first they couldn't verify my ID, after 2 days I already had the account active.
Having created my account with an invitation link I received $50 of balance worth of CRO, (I leave you my invitation link here – https://crypto.com/app/yemy9w8bwv), as soon as I accessed I saw a welcome banner informing me that for each cryptocurrency deposit I made they gave me 2% worth of CRO, I deposited about 1000€ and did stacking of the ruby card.
Then I made another deposit of about 1400€ and changed it all to CRO, after 3 weeks I got the ruby card and those 1400€ CRO became 2300€ + what I have in stacking for the card.
I started using the card, I checked that I was not charged any commission and that the cashback was received well, after a while of use I decided to use the crypto.com bank account to receive stripe payments (crypto.com allows deposits without commissions via sepa transfers).
Doing dropshipping I spend quite a lot with card and in a few weeks I had recovered more than 200€ just with cashback.
To this day I still use the card daily and have ordered the jade green card with 3% cashback. I have also made several ATM withdrawals, in both I was not charged a commission.
I have tried more than 5 online banks, revolut, payoneer, n26, transferwise etc.. and without a doubt I stick with crypto.com, mainly for the cashback it offers. Revolut has 0.1% cashback in the best plan and n26 0.5%, I had both and paid about 15€ monthly to be in those plans. With crypto.com I have 3% cashback and they don't charge me any commission.
Yes we compare the binance card with the crypto.com one I'll stick with the crypto.com one, on binance I am level 2 and the requirement is to have 10 bnb, much higher than crypto.com, plus the binance card charges a 0.9% fee for each purchase, unlike crypto.com's 0%.

Operaba desde Abril con crypto.com. No había tenido problemas para comprar.
Pero resulta que la semana pasada saqué gran cantidad de activos. Y de repente me bloquean la cuenta el domingo sin explicación alguna. La única explicación que encuentro, obviamente, es que no quieren que un usuario vacíe su cuenta (aunque sea su dinero)
Atención al cliente, te da la respuesta estándar: «Estudiaremos su reclamación», y adiós.
Tengan mucha precaución.Avisados quedan. Luego no lamenten no poder acceder a su dinero.
Hola Adel, es raro que crypto.com bloquee una cuenta solo por retirar saldo, intenta contactar con ellos a través de telegram, en ocasiones el soporte suele ser mejor. Espero que lo soluciones, un saludo

Hola! Siempre que sea con tarjeta el pago recibirás el cashback. Hacienda tiene la opción de pagar con tarjeta osea que si :)
