What is Entrepreneurship?
Entrepreneurship is a process of personal transformation in which an individual (entrepreneur) risks creating a business with the objective of solving problems, supplying a demand and generating income.
Entrepreneurship is the perfect way to take the reins of your life, without bosses or limitations. Undertaking is a complex, risky and generally late process, however the economic and social benefits in case of success are high.
What is Entrepreneurial Motivation?
Entrepreneurial motivation is the energy that fuels you to develop businesses, motivation is the gasoline of every entrepreneur, with motivation you will have ambition and it will help you work on things that do not necessarily have to satisfy you with the objective of reaching your goals.
What is an Entrepreneur's Motivation?
Each Entrepreneur has different motivations, generally the entrepreneur's motivation tends to be change, turning a dream into reality, improving their life and that of those around them or having an impact on the world among many others.
Why is it important to identify your Motivation?
If you are reading this, I take it for granted that you are an entrepreneur or want to be one. I want you to know that in order toundertakeeffectively it is necessary toidentifyourmotivations, having cleargoalsis decisive to successfully develop a business.
Are you looking for a change in your life?, What would you be willing to sacrifice for that change? To achieve business success you are going to have to sacrifice yourself, not onlyrisking your money or your time,you will have to step out of your comfort zone by eradicating distractions or breaking limitations, something very few are willing to do.
1. How to have more motivation when starting a business?
If you are reading this it is very likely that you are at home, with heating, a bed, hot water and money to buy yourself treats, here is the main factor why you are not motivated to start a business.
Nowadays a large number of people live very comfortably, this implies a disadvantage for being motivated and wanting to start a business, you have a comfortable life and starting a business means stepping out of the comfort zone, working, making an effort and taking risks, something very few are willing to do.
My advice is that you STEP OUT OF THE COMFORT ZONE, use your problems such as gasoline to bring out the motivation. ¿Estás pasando por un bache por falta de dinero?, ¿Tienes ansiedad por la presión de los estudios? ¿Has discutido con alguien en el trabajo? ¿Se han reído de ti en el “colegio”?, ¿No te respetan?, ¿Estás harto de levantarte todos los días para ir a trabajar?.
Aunque no lo creas, hay mucha gente que apenas tiene problemas, te invito a que salgas de la zona de confort y le plantes cara a la “vida” (Padres, profesores, amigos, familiares, jefe etc..) Da igual que se enfaden y tomen medidas, tu arriesgate. Si por ejemplo discutes con un amigo o un familiar y crees que no merecen tu atención, corta el contacto con ellos, al principio te dolerá pero ya verás como a largo plazo estarás más motivado.
IMPORTANT: Standing up is a metaphor, be smart and do it only when you see it necessary and right (Step out of the comfort zone, grow a backbone, the worse it is, the more motivation you will have in the long term to undertake).
Take advantage of all these small or large problems (the bigger the better) to say ENOUGH! and bring out that motivation you need. Something that has helped me to change is to say YESto the things you would normally say NO out of fear or laziness. Saying YES you will gradually step out of your comfort zone and gain more experience, socializing, communicating, learning etc..
When you start undertaking the ideal is that you do it in a sector that motivates=pleasesyou, if nothing comes to mind you can try the most popular online businesses, Dropshipping, Affiliate Marketing, Web Design Services, Instagram, etc.. Little by little as you see your progress you will draw motivation, it is very important not to give up, if you really want it, you will have to be constant, which is why few people achieve financial success, few people have the motivation and ambition necessary to work what is required. The goal of entrepreneurship is not just to make money, undertaking is a whole journey with which you will improve in all aspects, money is a motivator but it is not everything, if you go with the sole mentality of making money you may fail. 2. Distractions and Limitations
Identifying the distractions and limitations you have in your life is a very important step if you want to succeed in business and in life, these distractions will affect your motivation enormously, below I will mention some.
Drugs (Joints, alcohol..)
Todos sabemos que son las drogas pero no todos saben lo dañinas que pueden ser. Afectarán tu motivación, “inteligencia”, físico y relaciones de forma negativa. Si aún no las has probado te invito a que no las pruebes nunca, una vez veas sus efectos a corto plazo te será muy difícil dejarlas, especialmente el alcohol y los porros. No solo perderás dinero sino también te hará más conformista y menos ambicioso, si no lo hace raro es.
Don't go the easy way, if they offer you and everyone does it the hard way will be to say no. If your circle of friends does not consume it will be easier for you. If you have already tried them the ideal would be for you to regulate them, you can drink from time to time but if you drink every time you meet friends or go out partying your performance will be greatly affected.
Toxic and Not So Toxic Parents
Although it is hard to believe, parents can be the main limiters when it comes to undertaking and having motivation. They tell you what to do, how to do it and when to do it, they pamper you and make your life easier, all this will limit your motivation when undertaking. Many of them involuntarily demotivate you and limit your capabilities.

Una vez ya tengas la capacidad de identificar la “toxicidad” de tus padres tienes que intentar vivir con ello facilitando el proceso. Por ejemplo, si tienes padres “malos” tendrás un “boost” de motivación para emprender y cortar las cadenas, mientras que si son “buenos”, te consienten y no hay problemas será más difícil sacar la motivación necesaria para emprender EXITOSAMENTE.

Las amistades son cruciales a la hora de estar motivado y querer montar un negocio, hoy en día todo el mundo es tóxico a una edad joven (Envidia, competencia, calos, soberbia etc..), encontrar los amigos correctos es una tarea difícil y arriesgada. Al igual que las drogas el camino fácil es tener los típicos amigos del colegio, univerdad, localidad, salir de fiesta, seguir los hábitos no saludables y hablar de montar negocios que has visto en youtube. El camino difícil es encontrar amigos “no tóxicos” responsables que estén en una onda parecida a la tuya. “Es mejor andar con gente mejor que uno. Elija socios cuyo comportamiento sea mejor que el suyo y así usted irá en esa dirección.” Warren Buffet
One of the best pieces of advice I can give you in this regard is that you learn to be alone, having a good time alone has many long-term advantages. If your friends go out partying every weekend and you dedicate half to partying and half to staying home developing a business little by little you will see that change you are looking for.
Video Games and Social Media
Another very popular distraction nowadays is Social Media and Video Games, both generate a lot of motivation and sometimes ambition. However you have to be clear that if you are not going to make money investing time in them they are just another distraction. If you play fortnite, record the screen and upload it to youtube you are undertaking, if you upload photos to instagram and grow your account you are undertaking, but if you only use them as a means of entertainment you will be throwing that motivation and your time in the trash.

La limitación más grande que te separa de tus objetivos eres TÚ, tu mentalidad, tus hábitos y tu dedicación dependen únicamente de ti, por lo que el único limitante verdadero eres tu. A día de hoy en España tienes a tu alcance una gran variedad de recursos con los que formarte, independientemente de dónde vivas siempre vas a tener al alcance algo o alguien con quien formarte. Si quieres cambiar tu vida vas a tener que cambiar tus hábitos, “dime tus hábitos y te diré tu destino”, piensa en lo que haces cada día, ¿te aleja o te acerca a tus objetivos?
Women or Men
Por último las relaciones sentimentales, al igual que las amistades, este tipo de “conexiones” pueden afectar negativamente tu motivación, las relaciones en edades jóvenes tienden a ser poco beneficiosas, estás más distraído, inviertes más tiempo en cosas poco productivas, por lo tanto analiza tus relaciones para ver si te están motivando y ayudando a emprender, si las consideras beneficiosas adelante.
